IssuePackage generation fails if the Module contains an Advanced Workflow.
Sample error from server.log:
2016-04-01 16:55:52,198 ERROR [StackTrace] (default task-8) Full Stack Trace:: java.io.FileNotFoundException:
C:\Windows\System32\wptemp\wpeWPDS-745d6cf9.zip (The system cannot find the file specified)

The server.log file contains error like:
The system cannot find the file specified.

The Archer JobFramework log files may contain:
<Description>Empty Workflow configuration.</Description>

Cause
  1. The RSA Archer Workflow service is not enabled and/or stopped.
  2. The temporary working folder used by Advanced Workflow, C:\Windows\System32\wptemp, does not exist or the Archer service account does not have access to the folder.
Resolution
  1. Create the wptemp folder in C:\Windows\System32\.
  2. Grant Read/Write NTFS permissions for the Archer service account.
  3. Restart the Archer services.
  4. Confirm the Package can be generated.
NotesThe current Archer 6.0 Installation and Upgrade Guide does not mention to create the wptemp folder or grant permissions to the folder/path on pages 25, 65, or 75.
Starting with Archer 6.1, the java version of Advanced Workflow will be replaced with the .NET version.  The wptemp folder will not be required for the .NET version.
