IssueA customer made a change to a policy rule so that a case would not be opened unless the risk score is greater than 700.  Today they reported that a case was opened for a user where the risk score was only 529.  They are requesting information as to why policy changes are not taking effect immediately.
CauseThis is caused by AA-16181 (Adaptive Authentication application not updated with latest policy change).
ResolutionA hotfix was released on top of 7.1 P2 to fix the issue. The hotfix version is 7.1 P2 HF 110.  Please verify the attached release notes for more information.
 
WorkaroundOther way to resolve the issue is to restart the Back Office instance, so that policy changes take place immediately.
