IssueSwitch SNMP service on from security console, it returns an error
"The UDP port number 161 is already in use".

CauseThis problem is happening as the snmpd service is running from the command line so there is a conflict when happens when trying to start it again from security console (GUI)

 
Resolution1- Log in to SSH or console access 
2- Switch to root access
3- Stop SNMP service from command line first using this command service snmpd stop
4- Go to the console and switch SNMP service 
5- Start SNMP service from command line using this command service snmpd start
