|Issue||The following error displays after administratively changing a password in the Adaptive Authentication (On Premise) Access Management application, then resetting the password:|
There was a problem processing your request
Could not authenticate user 'null'. Please ensure that the credentials you provided are correct.
|Cause||The user that had the password change does not have access to the Access Management application. The password change is accepted; but when the application tries to launch, it gives the error.|
|Resolution||You should be able to just use the username in the Adaptive Authentication (On Premise) Back Office application to which you have access.|
