IssueThe following error displays after administratively changing a password in the AAOP Access Management application, then resetting the password:

There was a problem processing your request
Could not authenticate user 'null'. Please ensure that the credentials you provided are correct.

 
Error after changing user password in AAOP accessmanagement application
CauseThe user that had the password change does not have access to the Access Management application.  The password change is accepted; but when the application tries to launch, it gives the error.
ResolutionYou should be able to just use the username in the AAOP Back Office application to which they have access.
