|Applies To||RSA Product Set: Data Protection Manager (DPM)|
RSA Version/Condition: 3.5.x
RSA Version/Condition: 18.104.22.168
|Issue||The DPM Status Pages report shows this error.|
"No Jobs Found" in the "Internal Jobs"
For 3.5.x appliance up to and excluding 22.214.171.124, the cause is that all jobs stops after a failure to get the DPM Server health check (KMA-5012)
For 126.96.36.199.x, a high number of Identity Certificates causes the script /opt/rsa/setup/sh/getClientCertsExpiry.sh to hang during System Layer startup, which causes jobs to not be scheduled to run.
Resolution for Cause #1
To resolve the issue, restart the system layer component by logging in as the root user and issuing the commands below.
service system_layer stop
If you are unsure of any of the steps above or experience any issues, contact RSA Support and quote this article number for further assistance.
Resolution for Cause #2
This issue is fixed in the upcoming 188.8.131.52 hotfix. Meanwhile, log in as root and modify the script /opt/rsa/setup/sh/getClientCertsExpiry.sh so it looks like this:
#su - oracle sh -c "sqlplus -S / as sysdba @/opt/rsa/setup/sql/getClientCertsExpiry.sql "
