IssueThe DPM Status Pages report shows this error.
"No Jobs Found" in the "Internal Jobs"

Cause #1:

For 3.5.x appliance up to and excluding, the cause is that all jobs stops after a failure to get the DPM Server health check (KMA-5012)

Cause #2:

For, a high number of Identity Certificates causes the script /opt/rsa/setup/sh/getClientCertsExpiry.sh to hang during System Layer startup, which causes jobs to not be scheduled to run.

Resolution for Cause #1

To resolve the issue, restart the system layer component by logging in as the root user and issuing the commands below.
service system_layer stop
service system_layer start

Resolution for Cause #2

This issue is fixed in the upcoming hotfix. Meanwhile, log in as root and modify the script /opt/rsa/setup/sh/getClientCertsExpiry.sh so it looks like this:
