IssueA supported Microsoft Windows platform protected with RSA Authentication Agent 7.2 for Windows software always prompts the end user to enter a Windows password.
CauseThe end user was entering a Logon Alias for the username and the Windows password is only cached in the RSA Authentication Manager 8.1 database where the principle User ID is used in the SecurID authentication.
ResolutionThe end user will always be prompted to enter a Windows password where a Logon Alias is used as the username on a Windows platform protected with an RSA Authentication Agent 7.2.1 for Windows authentication agent.
