IssueCisco Webex does not support Windows 10 error when joining a webex invite from Archer Support. 
When running Windows 10 and connecting to a Webex meeting hosted by Archer Support, the following error message is displayed.
 
"Your version of Cisco Webex does not support Windows 10"

CauseWindows 10 is not yet supported by the EMC/RSA webex invitations sent by Archer Support.
Workaround
  • Click on your browser window
  • Press F12
  • Click the Emulation Tab
  • Set User Agent String to "Internet Explorer 11"

  • Click on the web browser window previously opened.
  • Scroll down and click "Run a temporary application"
  • Click "Run"
  • If there is a Windows Smartscreen, click "Run Anyway"

    • You will then be placed in the conference.
