IssueThe Client IP column of Authentication Activity Monitor displayed an incorrect IP address for RADIUS authentications where the submitted User ID did not exist in the Authentication Manager database.
Result key for this activity is AUTH_RESOLUTION_FAILED_BY_ID_ALIAS.
CauseThis is a known issue in the RSA Authentication Manager 8.1 software.
ResolutionCustomers can download and install RSA Authentication Manager 8.1 Service Pack 1 Patch 11 (P11) that contains a fix (AM-29721) that resolves this issue.
