Issue

Receiving an unexpected error when trying to save a record.

When you check the logs you will find the below error:

CauseThere is no field on the applications marked as a key field.
Resolution
  • Go to the application which is having this issue.
  • Go to the fields then choose which field you want to be the key field.
  • Go to the options tab for this field.
  • In the options , you will find Key field box.
  • Check this box for Key field.
  • Then try to save a record and issue will be resolve.
