An unexpected error is shown when trying to save a record:

CauseThere is no field on the application marked as a key field.
Resolution
  1. Go to the application which is having this issue.
  2. Go to the fields then choose which field you want to be the key field.
  3. Go to the Options tab for this field.
  4. In the Options, you will find Key field box.
  5. Check this box for Key field.
  6. Try to save a record and issue will be resolved.
