IssueThe following errors are seen in the aa_re_offline.log.  Typically this file is found in the C:\rsa\logs\ directory, however to be sure, one should check the log4j.properties file, which is located under the Scheduler webapp.
06 Nov 2015 00:00:29,441 ERROR [com.rsa.healthcheck.tasks.ChallengeRate] ORA-00001: unique constraint (PMSECURE.INX_HC_CHALLENGE_RATE_1) violated
06 Nov 2015 00:00:54,816 ERROR [com.rsa.healthcheck.tasks.Normalization] ORA-00001: unique constraint (PMSECURE.HC_NORMAL_UK) violated
06 Nov 2015 00:00:55,920 ERROR [com.rsa.healthcheck.tasks.EventDistribution] ORA-00001: unique constraint (PMSECURE.INX_HC_EVENT_DISTRIBUTION) violated
CauseDue to the one hour shift backwards in time at the end of Daylight Savings Time, the same day/data is analyzed more than once during the health check tasks that look back seven days when processing the data.
The errors occur because the datestamp and timestamp data is not "unique."  There is no detrimental impact to the Adaptive Authentication system when this occurs.
ResolutionThis is expected behavior and will resolve itself within 7-8 days as the duplicate data will pass out of the analysis process.
