Applies ToRSA Product Set: Via Access
RSA Product/Service Type: Identity Router (IDR)
IssueWhen trying to activate your IDR you may get an error similar to the following error:

Unable to reach the hosted service to register the identity router at the following URL:
https://<tenant name>.auth-demo.rsavia.com:443/secure-connector-fe/register.api. If you are using a proxy, verify that it is accessible.

ResolutionIf you are connecting to the non-production RSA Via Access stack, use your complete tenant name.  For example, if you are using the access-demo.rsavia.com console and your tenant name is tenant1, use tenant1.auth-demo.rsavia.com as the Company ID instead of just tenant1.
