IssueThe following errors can be seen after creating a new Archer instance without restarting the RSA Workflow Service.  After the error an empty or blank record is added, which is not enrolled in Advanced Workflow:

Also, a "NullReferenceException" will be logged to the <ARCHER>\logs\*w3wp*.xml file
CauseThe RSA Archer 6.0 Workflow Service is not aware of the new instance, resulting in this failure.
 
ResolutionRestart the RSA Archer Workflow Service.
We understand this can be problematic in deployments where multiple instances are running, since record creation will fail in Advanced Workflow enabled applications while the service is down.  A more flexible solution is planned in a future release.
