IssueWhen editing a workflow, the changes are not saved and there are no errors.
CauseMicrosoft added Edge compatibility as the default for Internet Explorer.  This sometimes results in unexpected behavior during workflow editing.
WorkaroundTo ensure that the new Edge compatibility is not the underlying problem, open the IE browser options and select Developer Tools.
Select Developer Tools from IE options
After selecting Developer Options, notice the Edge option in the lower-right corner..
Select that, and change the default from Edge to 10.
change Edge to 10 for default


 
NotesThis is not a solution to fix all workflow problems, but should be tried to ensure that it is not causing problems.
