IssueReports are being sent with no data.
The NIC DB Report server has stopped and cannot be started.  When trying to start it, the error message below is displayed.
The NIC DB Report Server service on Local Computer started and then stopped.
Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example, the Performance Logs and Alerts service.

ResolutionTo resolve the issue, follow the steps below.
  1. Go to %_envision%\etc\PrivateI.ini and back up the file.
  2. Edit the file and search for db.mulitple.instance=true and remove it if it is found.
  3. Save the file.
  4. Restart the NIC service manager.
