Issue | When trying to save any record you receive a Windows Security Prompt.

Cause | This issue occurs when Application Pools are not configured correctly in Microsoft IIS. |
Resolution | To resolve the issue, perform the steps below.
- Log into web server(s)
- Open Microsoft IIS
- Select the Application Pools
- Validate that the Application Pool running the Archer Web site has at least 2 applications listed (the Archer site and the API application)
- Validate that both the Archer application and API application are using the exact same Application Pool
- Perform an IIS reset (make sure to run CMD "As Administrator")
