IssueWhen trying to save any record you receive a Windows Security Prompt.

CauseThis issue occurs when Application Pools are not configured correctly in Microsoft IIS.
ResolutionTo resolve the issue, perform the steps below.
  1. Log into web server(s)
  2. Open Microsoft IIS
  3. Select the Application Pools
  4. Validate that the Application Pool running the Archer Web site has at least 2 applications listed (the Archer site and the API application)
  5. Validate that both the Archer application and API application are using the exact same Application Pool
  6. Perform an IIS reset (make sure to run CMD "As Administrator")
