Issue | After upgrading to Security Analytics 10.5.0.1, the error message below is seen on Threat metadata during investigations.
Failed to convert from type com.rsa.smc.sa.investigation.navigate.common.domain.model.MessageDataWrapper to type com.rsa.smc.sa.investigation.navigate.values.domain.model.MetaValueLoad for value 'com.rsa.smc.sa.investigation.navigate.common.domain.model.MessageDataWrapper@551777aa'; nested exception is java.lang.ArithmeticExceptionClick to Reload
 |
Cause | In values calling any meta whose "group" is NOT ZERO, we get the Meta Count as ZERO. For such meta values we show a value such as "(10000 - 33%)" for the meta value count. This causes the Security Analytics server to throw an Arithmetic Exception while calculating the Percentage values for that Meta. |
Resolution | This issue is permanently resolved in Security Analytics 10.5.1, in which changes have been made in the Security Analytics server to Display "Error - <Number>" as the Session Count when a Non-Positive number is received as the Session Count. |
