IssueAfter clicking "ShowAll" the user is not able to scroll horizontally and are unable to click on some items in the menu.
CauseThis issue may be due to one or more of the following reasons:
  • The user's browser zoom level is above 100%.
  • The user's screen resolution is below 1280x800.
  • The user's browser isn't maximized to use the entire width of the screen.
ResolutionArcher 6.0 requires a minimum screen resolution of 1280 × 800.
WorkaroundAs a workaround for the issue, perform one of both of the steps below.
  • Increase screen resolution
  • Maximize the web browser
