IssueChanging an Android device's unlock screen method will require the user to to complete device registration again.
Note that changing either the unlock method or, for example, changing the password value will cause this problem.
CauseThis is due to an Android OS system issue.
ResolutionPrior to re-registering the device it must be deleted from the user's registered devices in the Administration Console.
