IssueAfter upgrading the RCF from 2.6 to 2.7, having issues, SAIM services will not start.
 
Windows could not start the RSA SA IM - Data collector on WIN-ARC-RCF. For more information, review the System Event Log. If this is a non Microsoft Service, Contact service vendor and refer to service - specific error code 1.

CauseThis issue occurs because Java version 8 was installed.
ResolutionTo resolve the issue, follow the steps below.
  1. Uninstall SA IM and RCF. 
  2. Uninstall JAVA 8.
  3. Install JRE 7 Update 71.
  4. Install SA IM.
The services will start and work fine.
