The test authentication module is not configured
CauseWebsphere JAAS module for the TestAuthenticator was not configured.
Resolution1- WAS 7Security -> Global Security
Under Authentication -> Java Authentication and Authorization Service ->Application Logins
New -> alias =TestAuthProvider
additional Properties -> JAAS Login Modules  (note you may have to 'save' the new login, before the link for additional properties becomes active)
New -> Module class Name = com.aveksa.server.authentication.TestLoginModule
Authentication Strategy = Optional
2. Identify your collector: select ID, Name from T_DATA_Collectors where
collector_type='DBIdentityCollector';

3- The example SQL configures the authentication source associated with the Identity collector with ID = 1
INSERT INTO T_AUTH_CONFIGURATIONS
(ID, IDC_ID, AUTH_PROVIDER_NAME,
AUTH_CONFIGURED_PROPERTIES,AUTH_PROVIDER_TYPE,AUTH_PROVIDER_CLASS)
VALUES(AUTH_CONFIGURATION_SEQUENCE.nextval, 1, 'TestAuthProvider',
'<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><properties></properties>',
'TestAuthProviderType', 'com.aveksa.server.authentication.TestLoginModule');

 
4- Restart ACM  
5- In ACM under Admin – System – Authentication
