Issue I have a user whose hardware token is set to 'new PIN mode'. Checking the user in the dashboard, there is a check mark under 'PIN Set' as well as 'New PIN'. I select the hardware token and click on 'Edit'. I go to the bottom of the 'Edit Token' page and uncheck 'Require SecurID PIN change at next logon' and click Save. When I check the dashboard for the user, The 'New PIN' check is still there.
CauseSteps to Reproduce:

Edit an assigned token and for the Force SecurID PIN Change
check the box for Require SecurID PIN change at next logon
Click Save and then try editing the token again. Uncheck the box for Require SecurID PIN change at next logon and save.

Edit again and the box will be checked again......Tried unchecking, save, logoff security console, flush cache via OPS console and logging back in and edit the token and the box will be checked again.
The only way to get rid of this is to actually go through the PIN change.

ResolutionThis was filed as a defect AM-29329 and resolved in Authentication Manager 8.1SP1 patch 8.
