Configuration step WebtierBootstrapper:installAll [FAILED]

Command Line Installation Error
 
CauseAntivirus Software installed on Windows 2008 R2 Server had IPS/IDS enabled
Resolution1. Login to the Windows Server with Local Administrator user
2. Run the Installation with the "Administrator" rights
2. Disable the UAC (For Detailed Steps, refer the article# 000030557) and the Windows Firewall
3. Stop the Antivirus Service, set it to "Manual" and Reboot the Windows Server
4. Try the installation, if the issue still exists, Uninstall the Antivirus software from the Antivirus Server and also Reboot the Windows Server
