Cause
  • Check the EM logs on the Enterprise Manager located under dir:\Program Files (x86)\RSA\Enterprise Manager\logs 
  • Check for the below log

  • 06 Oct 2015 01:35:55,922 | ERROR - DiscoveryFingerPrintGroupConfigChangedEventListener.createOrUpdateFingerPrintGroup(171) | FunctionalFlow - FingerprintGroup_Update: Fingerprint Group with name CRG Level 4 Special Controls Data Sharepoint crawler could not be updated. Reason is XFireFault: Server was unable to process request. ---> The run-as user credentials are invalid.


     
ResolutionThis error indicates that the run as user credentials to access the sharepoint are invalid. Check user credentials and run the scan again.
