RSA Version/Condition: 5.5 SP3
|Issue||After the new setup of an Archer instance, the user is unable to log in to Archer and is getting a blank screen with end of the URL changing the digits(error id) randomly.|
The error message below is also seen.
A transport-level error has occurred when receiving results from the server. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - The specified network name is no longer available.)
|Cause||A reboot is usually required after the setting up Archer for the first time.|
|Resolution||Rebooting the database server will fix the issue.|
