IssueUnable to upgrade the RSA Authentication Manager 7.1 SP2 to 7.1 SP3
Upgrade from SP2 to SP3 fails Replication health check failed.
Error Message in the Patch_install.log:

CauseAs per the above message, the replication site entry is missing for primary. To verify execute "rsautil setup-replication -a list" from <RSAHOME>/utils

Resolution

Follow the below procedure to resolve this issue:

  1. Stop All RSA Services
  2. Start the below RSA services:
    1. RSA Authentication Manager Database Listener
    2. RSA Authentication Manager Database Server
    3. RSA Authentication Manager database instance
  3. Open Command Prompt and navigate to <RSA  HOME>/utils
  4. Execute "rsautil setup-replication -a set-primary"
  5. Start all the RSA Services in correct order

Now try upgrading to RSA Authentication Manager 7.1.3.

    2. RSA Authentication Manager Database Server
    3. RSA Authentication Manager database instance

Now try upgrading to RSA Authentication Manager 7.1.3.
