IssueBCM Mobile application is not working properly because the customer has modified the BCM application by removing some of the recommended fields and customer now wants to bring them back. It won't work simply by reinstalling the BCM package from another environment or by recreating the missing fields.
CauseRecommended set of fields were removed from the BCM application.
Do Not Remove Tracking ID Fields (reference RSA Archer Business Continuity Management Mobile Application Guide)
If any Tracking ID fields are removed from the solutions or applications in the Platform or users do not have permission to see any of the following applications, the mobile app will not function properly:
• BC/DR Plans
• Recovery Strategies
• Recovery Tasks
• Emergency Notifications
• Requirements
• Contacts
ResolutionRecreate that missing field, then import the package for BCM (don't install it), then use the Package Mapper functionality to update the GUID on that field (and that field alone) to the values you want. This should fix the issue.
