PIN unlocking feature is not working

|Issue||Pin Unlock prompting for Passcode instead of SecurID PIN|
This has been resolved in defect AAWIN-1743. Contact RSA Security technical support to obtain the RSA Agent 6.4.2 build 78 with the fix.
This build has aceclnt.dll (version 126.96.36.199). The new build is a complete full kit and it can be installed on new machines. It also has a binary update.exe for upgrading the existing Agent installations.
PIN Unlock Feature
The PIN Unlock feature enables users to unlock their protected workstations with only a PIN instead of a full RSA SecurID passcode. This feature is not supported on Windows XP systems that allow remote desktop connections. If remote desktop connections are enabled, the PIN Unlock feature works only for logging on to the local console until a remote desktop logon from the console occurs. Once a remote logon occurs, the PIN Unlock feature stops working. If you restart the system after performing the remote logon, the PIN Unlock feature works again for logging on to the console.
