IssueUser is getting access denied, ACE/Server activity log shows a user logging with someone else's token and login ID.
User receives access denied.
ACE/Server activity log shows Passcode Incorrect, and the token number and login ID are for someone else.
CauseThe user that is logging in may be associated with the other user by using group membership data.
ResolutionUsing the administration GUI:
1. Go to User --> Edit user
2. Select the user who is unable to log in
3. Go to Group Memberships, highlight the user, then edit membership data.

The problem may be that the login listed here matches another users login in the ACE/Server database, changing the login ID to something unique to the database should solve the problem.
