Cannot configure primary radius server
RemoteCommand: Connecting to Local AM as <administrator>
RemoteCommand: Error Initializing CommandProxy: com.rsa.ims.authn.Authentication
Exception: Access Denied
Causedeleted radius servers and attempted to reconfigure the primary radius server
Resolutionlog into security console and create a temporary user in the internal database. Add Super Admin administrative privileges to this profile. Log into the Operations Console and try to configure the radius server, using the newly created profile / password in the "Additional Authorization Credentials" fields.
Notes

Cannot configure Radius from Operations Console with error "Unexpected failure in configuring radius server".the following error displays at the end of the configuration log:

Exception: Access Denied


If the superuser already exists in the internal database, make sure they can login to the security console (password and/or account haven't expired)
