Issue | Unable to start ACM with SSL and PIX on Solaris 8 The ClearTrust Access Control Module (ACM) has been installed on Solaris 8 and configured correctly to use Server side SSL (anonymous SSL). This environment works fine, but if the ACM is also configured to use a PIX (Plug In eXtension), the ACM will fail to start up. NOTE: This does not effect the ACM when installed on Solaris 7, or ACM's without SSL enabled on Solaris 8. |
Resolution | This issue is resolved in the latest release version of the ClearTrust ACM which is available from RSA Security Technical Support as well as RSA SecurCare Online. RSA Security also recommends that customers upgrade the ClearTrust ACM to version 2 release with ClearTrust 4.7.1. This version is compatible with ClearTrust 4.6.1. Please contact RSA Security Technical Support or your RSA sales representative for more information. |
