IssueWhen attempting to edit a workflow subprocess element the error message "No jobs matching the search criteria were found" is generated.
CauseThis issue may occur if the references between the main workflow and the child workflows are corrupted.  The exact cause is unknown but this is more common when editing complicated workflows that contain many child workflows.
WorkaroundUse the following process to save a new copy of the workflow and reestablish the correct references between the parent and child workflow elements. The object of this procedure is to completely separate any references from the old parent and child workflows and then create the references from scratch.
  1. Edit the parent workflow and remove the references to the sub workflows.
  2. In separate export files (important!) save the parent workflow
  3. In separate export files save each of the child workflows.
  4. Delete the original parent and child workflows.
  5.  Import each of the parent and child workflows.
  6. Edit the new parent workflow to reference the new child workflows.
