Are these messages indicative of a problem?
Can they be safely ignored?

CauseThese errors are seen due to the timing of the uninstall of the existing Oracle 11g followed by the installation of Oracle 12i.
The environment variable pointing to the new path to these files are not yet updated.

ResolutionThese errors, as seen during the uninstall/install of Oracle during the upgrade to RSA Via Lifecycle and Gvernance V7.0, are considered benign and can be safely ignored.

If command not found errors are seen AFTER the successful installation has completed, then those should be investigated further.
