IssueUserID set to "Not Provided" when listing users located on an external Identity Source
"There was a problem processing your request. Please contact your system administrator!" when trying to edit a user located on an identity source
CauseIn the AM 7.1 Identity Source mapping parameters the value of the "Unique Identifier" parameter was changed from the default to use the same attribute used for the userID ("uid" for example).
ResolutionAfter taking a backup of the AM 7.1 database please try to change the value of this configuration attribute back to the default and see whether the problem is then resolved.

The defaults for the  "Unique Identifier"  configuration parameter are:

  • SUN Directory Server: nsUniqueId
  • Active Directory: ObjectGUID
