MalformedByteSequenceException: Invalid byte 2 of 3-byte UTF-8 sequence.
CauseImporting a token seed that has an accent character in the User First Name, LastName or UserLogin Name

The following Example is taken from a token seed file issued by SecurID where the User Last Name field contains an accent on the letter 'e'
