IssueSecurID authentication on NT domain
At the SecurID prompt, the Username field is blank and grayed out
CauseThe first logon is the Novell client logon. The Windows NT logon follows. At this point, the following message appears: "Unable to locate Domain Controller". The user is unable to negotiate the Windows NT portion of the login process and is forced to use a "Locally stored user profile." If users log on this way, they are not logging into the domain. This may explain the inability of the ACE/Agent to obtain the user ID for authentication.
ResolutionRestore the network connection to the domain or make the domain controller available for logon.
