|Issue||offline authentication fails using an UPPER case alpha-numeric PIN|
RSA Authentication Manager 6.1.1 introduced the support of upper case alpha-numeric PINs for offline authentication within RSA SecurID for Windows.
RSA Authentication Manager 6.1  should be patched with the latest patch, which is currently RSA Authentication Manager 6.1 Patch 2 as it includes the feature of using upper case alpha-numeric PINs for offline authentication.

** Customers who have purchased an RSA SecurID Appliance (version 1.0 or 2.0) should download and apply the RSA SecurID Appliance 2.0.2 Upgrade Kit.
