IssueUser Being Prompted for Domain Credentials When Using SSO
Scenario:  Company A buys Company B and wants users from the newly acquired company to be able to access You create an LDAP sync to bring the users in and have established a trust between the two domains. Whenever a user from Company B tries to login they are continually being prompted for their domain
credentials.
ResolutionBy default when you create a trust between two domains, the authentication type chosen is Selective authentication. You'll need to specifically grant individual access to the domain resources. You can also switch to Domain-wide authentication which grants access to all resources to the trusted domain. See attached screen-shot.
