Installation worked previously
No users can authenticate
ResolutionAfter verifying that the system date and time is correct, check the Daylight Savings Time option in the system configuration. Go to Control Panel to check that, in the Date/Time applet, the box next to "Automatically adjust clock for daylight savings changes" had been checked. If it is not checked, check the box. After checking the box, users were able to successfully authenticate. DST was automatically adjusted.
