You see the following logs in the lsconfigurationwizard.log:

Jan 22 15:41:54  Verifying enVision install on local machine...
Jan 22 15:41:54  The system cannot find the file specified. in CRegistryKey::QueryValue()
Jan 22 15:41:54  PAUSING for enVision install...


Jan 22 16:25:33  Verifying enVision install on Syd-ea-AS1...
Jan 22 16:25:33  SOFTWARE\Network Intelligence Corporation\enVision => failed


These errors occur when the enVision installation program enVisionAppxxxxxxxx.exe failed and exited prematurely. After exit, it passes control back to the lsconfigurationwizard to continue. However, since the installation was incomplete, the registry keys has not being set, causing lsconfiguration to give these errors

One of the possible reasons for the failed installation is due to the corruption of the enVisionAppxxxxxxxx.exe.

ResolutionSource another copy of the exe and replace it to the e:\nic\installables\ folder (Put to D-Srv in LS set up). Then run lsconfigurationwizard.exe again. it should start automatically after restart the appliance (D-Srv in a LS set up), or you can start it manually in C:\windows\installations folder.
