IssueIntegratioin with eNvision issue
Client had configured eNvision integration with Archer. It was working fine,
then no new records were being created.
ResolutionAfter investigating the set-up, we discovered that we weren't able to create a
session using the supplied credentials. The test page would load, but when we
tried to invoke the session token, the screen would go blank. We checked the IIS
settings and noticed there was a module that we didn't recognize. We disabled
the module and tried the API test page again. We were able to create the
session. Afterwards we triggered some events for eNvision resulting in new
records being created for each event.
