Users are from LDAP and contain a comma in their CN
|Issue||Users migrated to an Identity Source no longer have their tokens assigned|
Unable to assign tokens to IS users.
|Cause||The Appliance is not registering users properly, when the users CN contains a comma. (for instance CN=Smith,\ John) This can be cause by changing the display name to firstname, last when creating users in Microsoft Active Directory.|
|Resolution||Contact RSA Customer Support at 800-995-5095 and request the SecurID Appliance 3.0 hotfix rollup 184.108.40.206 or higher.|
