|Cause||There may not be a problem with the specific ConnectionFactory listed. Instead the problem is more likely to be that the JMS Server URL: is incorrect, or the managed node hosting the JMS server is not up.|
In the FIM console, under Cluster/Cluster settings, ensure that the value for "JMS Server URL:" is correct. This should point the the server where the manged node hosting the JMS services is configured. Example: t3://localhost:8001.
Ensure that the JMS server has been configured correctly in the WebLogic Console as per the instructions on page 54 of the installation guide under "Setting Up the Java Message Service". The JMS server may be deployed on any machine. Typically it is deployed on the first managed node in the cluster.
