IssueUsing Braincloud as a troubleshooting tool.
Resolution1. Copy or ftp braincloud to the server in questions /tmp directory
        - if you ftp the transfer must be in ascii format

2. Make the file executable
        - chmod +x "braincloud.file"

3. Set the environment variables USR_ACE and VAR_ACE
    - in ksh
        - export USR_ACE=/"path"/ace/prog
        - export VAR_ACE=/"path"/ace/data
    - in csh
        - setenv USR_ACE /"path"/ace/prog
        - setenv VAR_ACE /"path"/ace/data

4. Execute the file as user root
        - ./"braincloud.file"

5. If the directory ./acediag exists you will be prompted to remove it
        - say "n" if you are unsure and have not run braincloud before to examine the contents
        - say "y" if you wish to remove the directory and continue with the diagnostic

6. Send the output BrainOut.tar.Z to RSA for examination.
