IssueBlue screen crash with error "INVALID_PROCESS_ATTACH_ATTEMPT" in RSA ClearTrust Agent 4.6 for IBM HTTP Server
When the IBM HTTP Server service starts, the computer crashes with the blue screen message
The instruction at "0x6eec6b34" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The memory could not be "read".
CauseRSA ClearTrust Agent should not be installed on an IBM HTTP Server (IHS) where fast caching is enabled. This is a known limitation which is listed in the release notes for the agent.
ResolutionBefore installing the ClearTrust Agent, disable fast caching. Test the reconfigured IHS before installation of the ClearTrust Agent to ensure the reconfiguring has been carried out correctly. A default IHS system will have fast caching turned on by default, and has the following lines in the httpd.conf file:
