IssueWhat exactly happens to the RSA ACE/Server database when the sddump.exe is run?
Resolutionsddump.exe is a built-in ACE/Server database dump utility. When it is run, it dumps the contents of the ACE/Server database and log database to separate dump files (sdserv.dmp and sdlog.dmp). Sdserv.dump contents are Users, Groups, Clients or Agent Hosts, and Tokens database, and Sdlog contents log database information.

For additional information on sddump and sdload, please see the solution regarding How to dump and load databases; using sddump  sdnewdb and sdload..
