Error code: 2002
|Issue||When upgrading to RSA Toolbar Token 1.3, receive message: "Local RSA Toolbar database error. please contact customer support. Error code: 2002"|
|Resolution||Here are some possilbe explanations for the 2002 error:|
1. can't locate the registry.dat file which contains information needed to
decrypt the database file
2. can't locate the SoftwareTokens.DB file.
3. The registry.dat or SoftwareTokens.DB have become corrupt.
4. Hardware characteristics have changed
5. Customer is upgrading from a special version Toolbar Token 1.0.5 to 1.3. If this is the case, Customer will need hotfix 99010 (or Toolbar Token 1.3.1) available from RSA Customer Support.
