Cause Bug number AM-27460.
|Issue||PIN is reset through the self-service console, no email notification is sent.|
Certain self-service actions can be configured to send a notification email to the user when the event happens, such as "Enable e-mail notifications for PIN changes".
However, this does not happen for this setting. No error messages are shown. This is a known issue.
