Applies ToRSA Authentication Manager 7.1 Patch 1
IssueWhen editing a user, and assigning a token to the user, receive an error:
Invalid Request
Error: "Invalid Request"
Error: "there was a problem processing your request"
CauseThis happens when using Firefox 2.  It does not seem to happen when using the unpatched Authentication Manager 7.1 or Internet Explorer. This is caused by a URL encoding issue.
ResolutionWorkaround 1: Use Internet Explorer
Workaround 2: In the URL for the screen with the Assign Token button, you will see 4 characters  "amp;" (without the quotes) . If you remove these 4 characters, the URL will work.
Workaround 3:  edit the token and assign it to the user, instead of editing the user and assigning the token.
NotesThis will be fixed in a future patch of Authentication Manager 7.1
