Issue | Authentication with 180-second token using RSA ACE/Agent for UNIX When using a 180-second token, sdshell will time out before user can complete next tokencode or new PIN mode |
Resolution | This issue is resolved in a hot fix for sdshell and RSA ACE/Agent 5.x for UNIX. To obtain this fix, contact RSA Security Customer Support and reference hot fix tst00042186. The new sdshell has a timeout of 90 seconds with 5 retries. This gives a total of 450 seconds, or 2 1/2 token cycles in the case of 180-second tokens. |
