IssueAxM 4.9 SP1 agent gets a 404 when opening xls files
After successful logon. When clicking on a reference to an xls file on a page the user is challenged a second time in a new excel window with the Access Manager logon screen. After logging in user gets a 404 error for file ct_fba_url.html.  This file doesn't really exist but is used in agent to satisfy the request.   Close the screen and the xls file is displayed in an excel window.
CauseWhen the 4.9 agents first came out a new feature for client based integration for Sharepoint was enabled that broke backwards compatibility with regular websites with word or excel links.
ResolutionThis was fixed for 4.9 SP3 with hot fix 03.  Contact RSA Customer Support and request hot fix 4.9.3.03. This added a new parameter to restore backwards compatibility and  defaults off to restore behavior as it was in prior agents
